These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services offered by Noverlay.

Noverlay is not a law firm. Our reports, statements and emails are technical information, not legal advice. Ask a qualified attorney about your legal obligations.

The free scan

  • The free scan is automated and covers up to three pages.
  • Automated tools find only part of the accessibility issues. The report is partial by nature.
  • A scan with few or no findings does not mean your site is accessible.
  • We make no promise about the result, and the scan does not reduce your legal risk by itself.
  • We may decline or limit scans to prevent abuse.

Paid services

  • Accessibility Audit: $490, credited toward the fix within 30 days.
  • Theme Fix: from $1,000. The fixed price is set in writing after the audit and before any work starts.
  • Monitor: $80/month. It includes a monthly rescan, up to 1 hour of regression fixes and an updated statement. You can cancel at any time and it ends at the close of the current month.
  • Public entities: audit $900, fix from $3,900.
  • Work begins after you approve the written scope and price. Payment terms are stated in that scope.

What we do and do not promise

We fix the code of your site to improve conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA and we document what we did. We reduce risk. We do not promise that your site will meet every requirement, that no one will contact you about accessibility, or that you will not receive a demand letter or lawsuit. Third-party apps, plugins and content you add later can introduce new issues.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the website you submit or are allowed to have it tested. You give us access to the theme or code that is needed to do the work, and you keep a backup.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
